One of the leading law firms in Puerto Rico, Pietrantoni, Mendez & Alvarez, LLC, Law Offices, occupies 23,500 SF of prime office space in the heart of the financial district of Hato Rey. With this renovation, it adds 7,000 additional square feet of new offices.  The proposed design introduces natural light as a leading character.  The space planning  is organized to facilitate easy communication between the people.  Its modern, elegant, yet conservative design, reflects the firm’s interest in maintaining a fresh contemporary image throughout time.
