One of the top economics consultant firms in PR, Estudios Técnicos Inc, was designed twenty years ago.  The tree in front of the facade was only three feet tall at that time, and it was specified as an important element of the design.  The new office building called for a 50% demolition of an existing structure.  The interiors as well as exterior where designed using a modern vocabulary that has transcended time.
