San Miguel Dialysis Center is the first dialysis center of its kind in Puerto Rico.  The structure which houses the facility was originally a 22,000 s.f. abandoned warehouse, of which 14,000 s.f. where dedicated to the dialysis center. The existing structure systems had to be renovated, as well as creating a new entrance space and facade renovation. The design process of the interiors has the patients in mind to provide them with first class facilities in a comfortable and healing environment.  Located in the mountain region of Naranjito, the design concept incorporates nature as the main theme of its interiors.
